About Alex
Alex has been artistic since childhood and at the age of eighteen became a Tattoo Apprentice after watching too many seasons of “LA Ink.” After a year long apprenticeship she realized that maybe that wasn’t her path and enrolled at the Paul Mitchell School in San Diego to pursue Cosmetology. Years later while working in the beauty industry, she discovered Microblading and Cosmetic Tattooing in 2016 and realized it was the perfect blend of beauty and tattooing coming together. Since then, Alex has completed eleven certifications with top artists in the industry and started training students herself in 2020.
In 2020, Alex opened Fine Line Cosmetic Tattoo. She hoped of bringing a studio to Houston that offered clients a collection of artists that met the highest standards of skill, knowledge, style and cleanliness that they deserve.
Alex has a style of tattooing delivers a soft natural look that will complement and enhance your facial features, all while taking the stress out of your daily brow routine.
Alex is a Houston native but grew up mostly overseas. She found her way back to Houston from San Diego in 2013 and met her husband in 2014. They welcomed their daughter Frankie in April 2022. Alex enjoys finding the latest and greatest of Houstons food scene, traveling, hanging with family and her three dogs —Fisher, Matilda and Krewe.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE + DEPOSIT POLICIES
Cancellation List: There is currently not a cancellation list. All cancellation availability will be announced on the artists Instagram @alexheintx.
Annual/Touch Up Policy: If you are a current client and need to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
New Client Deposit Policy: There is a $350.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to hold your appointment with Alex. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay a new deposit in order to reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel after the appointment has started, you will have charged half of the appointment cost.
All Artists manage their own appointments. Please contact your specific artist with questions, booking or rescheduling.
