CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE + DEPOSIT POLICIES

Color Boost /Touch Up Policy: If you are a current client and need to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

New Client Deposit Policy: There is a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to hold your appointment with Kathryn. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay a new deposit in order to reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel after the appointment has started, you will have charged half of the appointment cost.

All Artists manage their own appointments. Please contact your specific artist with questions, booking or rescheduling.
